Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Boldly. If something isn’t right, our return policy makes it easy.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Non-returnable items: Sale items, undergarments, and swimwear.

Return Process:

1. Email our returns department at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a prepaid return label for your convenience.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges:

If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
